―Design, implement and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality for Jewelry and Crystal Living products. ―Create technical requirement, process parameters, technical instruction for manufacturing. ―Set objectives, plans, and schedule multiple product launch to accomplish defined objectives to meet manufacturing goals.―Develop and improve existing processes and methods for control and troubleshooting of manufacturing technical problems.―Ensure tool/jig readiness through the design, fabrication and testing of production equipment. ―Troubleshoot issues related to process flow, process deviation, tooling, gluing. ―Recommend and coordinate process improvement activities with cross functional team.Bring your magic
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
―Education background in Mechanical or relevant majors.―Ideally 5+ years of practical experience in an international manufacturing environment in similar role.―Strong capability of CAD and 3D design, especially NX or Rhino is preferable.―Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
