Job Summary

We are seeking for a Procurement Strategy & Governance Manager to lead the development and execution of procurement governance frameworks, policy oversight, strategic alignment initiatives, and audit programs. This role ensures compliance, drives operational excellence, and supports the strategic direction of the Global Procurement function.

Strategy & Governance Leadership

Lead the governance framework for procurement excellence and compliance.
Ensure strategic alignment across procurement initiatives and functions.
Promote operational excellence through performance management and policy adherence.

Policy & Compliance Oversight

Maintain and update procurement policies in line with corporate governance.
Ensure regulatory compliance across procurement activities.
Provide guidance and training on policy adherence.
Monitor and report on policy compliance metrics.

Strategic Counsel & Scorecard Management

Facilitate the Procurement Leadership Council and strategic alignment sessions.
Manage and institutionalize the Procurement Scorecard process.
Track and report on strategic initiative outcomes and KPI improvements.

Audit & Risk Management

Oversee internal and external procurement audits.
Lead the Peer-to-Peer Audit program to promote best practices.
Identify and mitigate audit risks proactively.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in Procurement, Governance, or Strategy
roles
Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related
field
Proven leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional
initiatives
Strong understanding of procurement policy, compliance, and audit
frameworks
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical
skills
Experience with procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), data tools
(e.g., Power BI)
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
