WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

  • Process Coordination & Oversight 
    Monitor and coordinate core mobility processes (e.g., A1 certificates, EU posting declarations, immigration) in-house and with external providers. 

  • Vendor Management 
    Manage global mobility cases with relocation, immigration, and tax partners to ensure timely, compliant, and efficient handling of assignments and business travel cases with the support of your colleagues based in Germany. 

  • Case Escalation & Expert Liaison 
    Act as the internal point of contact for complex international mobility questions (e.g., tax, labor law, immigration). Coordinate with internal legal and payroll departments as well as with external providers. 

  • Workation Program Support 
    Oversee the workation process and support its further development, including the addition of eligible countries and legal assessments. 

  • Policy Maintenance & Rollout 
    Maintain and enhance internal global mobility policies and support their implementation in decentralized units across Europe. 

  • EU Expansion Support 
    Collaborate on the rollout and setup of global mobility processes at other EU locations, ensuring alignment with group standards and local compliance requirements. 

  • Knowledge & Documentation 
    Provide clear guidance materials, checklists, and templates to local HR teams and stakeholders. 

  • Compliance Monitoring 
    Stay up to date with relevant developments and ensure that implications for global mobility topics are appropriately reflected in internal processes. 

 

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

  • University degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or a related field 

  • Several years of professional experience in Global Mobility, International HR, or a similar coordination role with a cross-border focus 

  • Solid understanding of employment compliance, especially in areas such as A1 certificates, EU posting and business travel regulations, immigration procedures, and social security coordination 

  • Experience working with and managing external service providers (e.g., relocation, immigration, tax consultants) 

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex legal and regulatory topics into clear guidance 

  • High attention to detail and a structured, solution-oriented approach to case coordination and process oversight 

  • Experience in developing or rolling out HR processes in a decentralized or international environment is a plus 

  • Comfortable working across cultures and time zones 

  • Fluent in English – written and spoken
