What you'll do:
As our new Advanced Electronic Engineer, you will be involved in a variety of projects and responsibilities, from leading initiatives to supporting other project leaders. You’ll interact globally with different R&D departments and Business Areas, developing hardware and software solutions for home appliances—such as electronic boards, sensors, and product software.
In detail, you will:
Leading projects and delivering results to meet technical targets, deadlines, and investment costs;
Collaborating with external partners (universities, research institutes, suppliers);
Managing outsourcing activities and co-designing hardware solutions;
Investigating emerging electronic technologies applicable to home appliances;
Applying engineering principles to analyze data and solve technical challenges;
Researching and developing innovative technologies to enhance efficiency and care;
Performing critical data analysis using statistical methodologies;
Interfacing with internal departments and reporting project status to Business Areas;
Conducting theoretical and experimental analysis, creating prototypes, and testing performance;
Managing lab prototypes using Rapid Control Prototyping systems;
Bridging the gap between control algorithms and electronic devices;
Collaborating with experts in control, chemistry, materials, and other scientific fields.
You will also be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/EAI/C2W), contributing to our culture of continuous improvement
Who you are:
You have:
Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering or related fields;
Knowledge of electronic hardware and sensor interfaces;
Knowledge of analogic and digital electronic design techniques;
Knowledge of software development;
Knowledge of electrical/electric components such as sensors, actuators, motors, and pumps;
Usage of laboratory equipment such as soldering station, oscilloscopes, multimeters, waveform generators, power suppliers, etc.
Knowledge of Spice and Matlab/Simulink
Advanced English.
