All about the role
Responsible for achieving defined sales and volume targets, while building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. May also oversee and support a network of dealers or agents to drive indirect sales.
What you'll do
Social Commerce Strategy & Sales:
Develop and implement social commerce strategies to drive sales for TikTok Shop, Live commerce, Chat & Shop
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social commerce initiatives with overall marketing goals.
Set the guidelines and strategy for agencies, influencers, campaigns and partnerships.
Drive number of customers and sales on new sales channels (social commerce)
Steering the social commerce advertising campaigns to boost product visibility and sales.
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Category and Channel Management:
Manage the channel and category strategy and execution plan to on board the right assortment by channel for assigned categories
Initiate and drive commercial planning and channel promotion to drive sales and excitement to customers
Affiliates management, Livestreaming & VDO shopping contents
Collaborate and oversee the creation of engaging and conversion-driven contents tailored for various social commerce platforms (e.g. Tiktok Shop, Chat&Shop)
Collaborate with content creators, affiliates and influencers, manage execution of Conversion-led social commerce campaigns.
Customer Insights:
Gather and analyze customer insights and feedback to inform content creation and strategy adjustments.
Conduct regular market research to stay updated on social commerce trends and best practices.
Operation Management:
Working closely with operation team and Product Line team to ensure E2E support of social commerce sales channel.
Management LIVE slot and booking process with the agencies
Reporting and Analytics:
Prepare regular reports on social commerce performance, including key metrics such as engagement rates, conversion rates, and sales.
Use analytics tools to track and measure the success of social commerce initiatives.
Utilize social media tools and analytics to monitor performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Who you are
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in social media marketing, e-commerce, or a related role.
Strong understanding of social commerce trends and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Malay and English.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging and innovative content.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in the retail or fashion industry is a plus.
