About the Role:Join BIG O TIRES - Monteverde Group as an Automotive General Manager and lead our dynamic team in Bonny Lake, WA. This exciting opportunity allows you to drive operational excellence and deliver exceptional customer service in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the tire and automotive service center.
• Manage and mentor a team of automotive technicians and service staff.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive sales growth.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage supplier relationships for optimal stock.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training for team development.
• Maintain compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Analyze financial reports to maximize profitability and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in automotive management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for the automotive industry.
• Familiarity with automotive repair and tire services is essential.
• Ability to analyze financial data and drive business performance.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive management degree preferred.
