WW Sales Enablement is looking for an energetic, innovative, and forward-thinking Content Developer and Project Manager to join the Strategic Sales Skills, Onboarding & Tools team within the WW Sales Enablement group. This team is comprised of high-performing Learning Architects, Instructors, and Content Developers – working out of the United States, Mexico, United Kingdom, and Spain.
In this role, you will create sales skills programs and courses while managing the project lifecycle that will enable our HPE sellers to quickly learn about key initiatives and offerings and help them embrace our as-a-service model, which emphasizes our common goal of delivering value to our customers—directly and indirectly, at every touchpoint.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead project management for skills training initiatives from conception to completion

  • Develop and create core content for sales skills programs and courses

  • Align development priorities and project timelines with company corporate and/or business/functions and key initiatives

  • Manage core content workstreams and project deliverables

  • Coordinate cross-functional project teams and provide content development support to multiple stakeholders

Essential job functions

The role will include, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

  • Form and maintain relationships with Sales Skills Strategist to ensure training meets all requirements.

  • Professional and efficient collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement the best learning practices.

  • Apply content design, consulting, and project management skills.

  • Lead project management activities for Sales Enablement and the Skills team. This role will consist of various responsibilities including end-to-end project management, content development, and cross-functional team coordination.

Core competencies:

  • Conduct key interviews and discovery to prepare core program/course objectives

  • Align learning solutions with course objectives and learner needs

  • Create and monitor training/courses and project timelines

  • Manage projects by leading development meetings, creating comprehensive project plans, and coordinating deliverables

  • Use various learning solutions and the latest most innovative technologies to develop core content

  • Understand and quickly adopt new innovations, complex tools, and technologies to keep programs and core content fun and engaging for our sellers

Required skills

  • Must be organized with strong attention to detail; proven project management, planning, process development, and organizational skills

  • Strong customer service skills to support internal and external customers, responsive attitude

  • Planning, communication, change management, and cultural awareness skills, including financial and global business acumen

  • Proficiency with learning content and content development applications, delivery solutions and innovations

  • Demonstrates a "can-do" spirit, ownership, and commitment

  • Highly motivated and able to manage constant change and multiple concurrent projects

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Experience with course design, development, and project lifecycle management

  • Expert MS Office skills

  • Has advanced organizational and time management skills

  • Background in writing, editing, and project coordination

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience

  • Proven experience in both project management and content development

  • Must be able to work independently on multiple projects and exercise judgment within defined parameters

  • Strong Technology skills - Microsoft Office knowledge is required (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and background knowledge of content development preferred. Articulate program usage skills would be a plus.

  • Ability to be collaborative, solution-focused and act with a sense of urgency, where needed

  • Strong verbal and written communication using a variety of tools

  • Fluent English speaker
