Part-Time Youth Soccer Coach in the East Bay

LOCATIONAlameda, Oakland, San Lorenzo, San Leandro, Castro Valley, and Hayward
We are looking for a part-time coach to work in Alameda, Oakland, San Lorenzo, San Leandro, Castro Valley, and Hayward 15 hours a week.Local candidates only please (no work status or visa sponsorship available)

PART-TIME SCHEDULE or FULL-TIME SCHEDULEHours between M-F, 8:30am-5:30pm (and Sat/Sun 9am-1pm)Must be available to work one day out of the weekend.

Schedule:

• Flexibility – We only schedule sessions closest to you, with opportunities to change availability from season to season (winter/spring/summer/fall)
• Mondays through Fridays: mornings, afternoons, and evenings are optional
• Saturdays: mornings are required
• A full ten-week commitment is required to take on a lead role.  
  
  

The Job:

• Bring “Soccer Island” alive with your enthusiasm and creativity
• Conduct soccer sessions for children 2 to 8 years old, including field set-up and take-down
• Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling
• Utilize expert-created Soccer Shots’ curriculum and early childhood development teaching techniques in every session
• Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers
