As our Assistant Brand Manager, Integrated Brand Marketing - James Allen, you'll hold a pivotal role in defining and strengthening the Blue Nile brand within the competitive fine jewelry and engagement ring landscape. You will participate in the execution of groundbreaking brand marketing strategies. These strategies will be designed to significantly elevate brand perception, cultivate deep customer engagement and "brand love," and ultimately accelerate market share growth.

About The Role

The Assistant Brand Manager, Integrated Brand Marketing - James Allen will support the execution of brand marketing initiatives that enhance awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty. This role is ideal for a strategic and detail-oriented marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will work cross-functionally to help implement multi-channel campaigns, analyze brand performance, and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities:
 

  • Manage the execution of integrated brand marketing campaigns across digital, social, influencer, PR, and experiential channels
  • Develop comprehensive marketing briefs for innovation, brand equity building, and always-on campaigns
  • Maintain and update promotional calendars, ensuring timely and accurate deployment of initiatives
  • Contribute to refining foundational marketing processes to enhance efficiency and consistency
  • Collaborate closely with creative, performance marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment of all marketing initiatives with business objectives
  • Utilize market research and competitive analysis findings to inform tactical execution and identify emerging opportunities
  • Compile and analyze campaign performance and brand health metrics, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines and consistent messaging across all marketing channels, in compliance with legal standards

     

Requirements
 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in luxury, retail, fashion, or e-commerce
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, influencer strategy, and PR
  • Experience working with creative teams, content development, and multi-channel marketing execution
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track marketing performance metrics and provide strategic insights
  • Strong communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
