Your Role at Delta Faucet

We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Operations Technology Leader to drive operational excellence through infrastructure and operational technology (OT) solutions within our manufacturing and distribution environments. This role will act as a key liaison between plant operations and IS (Information Systems), responsible for designing, implementing, and sustaining infrastructure technologies that enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and associate experience on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with plant operations stakeholders and IS teams to identify, design, and deliver infrastructure solutions that create tangible business value.
Evaluate and implement new OT and IT infrastructure technologies to optimize plant operations.
Design and deploy critical technologies including printing systems, endpoint device management, tablets, scanners, and related applications.
Ensure seamless integration of new infrastructure solutions with existing systems and processes.
Sustain and continuously improve infrastructure platforms through maintenance and continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting to minimize operational disruptions.
Implement best practices in infrastructure design, deployment, and optimization to ensure high performance and minimal downtime.
Support development of business cases, ROI analyses, and value realization strategies for proposed solutions.
Stay current on emerging technologies relevant to manufacturing and OT infrastructure.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in plant operations, infrastructure management, or a closely related role.
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous experience leading an IT team.
Proven experience designing and deploying infrastructure solutions in manufacturing or industrial settings.
Strong understanding of manufacturing and distribution processes and associated technologies.
Experience with:
- PLC and shop floor technology/data collection systems
- MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
- Labeling solutions
- Endpoint device management systems
- Printing systems, tablets, and scanners
Familiarity with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and storage solutions.
Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Exposure to IoT and smart manufacturing technologies.

Hiring Range: $118,300.00 - $185,900.00
