Job Profile Summary
Drives the delivery of the Global Operating Strategy to implement tools, processes and working practices to develop efficient systems, and an over Process Excellence Programme for the Group by adopting best in class tools / methodologies.
Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
- Manages, continuously improves and executes the business group and support its implementation and adherence in each region
- Collaborates with stakeholders (e.g., Six Sigma, Technology, project managers) to receive guidance for projects within the portfolio, manages projects aligned to the lifecycle, co-creates and delivers solutions
- Trains and coaching the Project team in best in class tools / methodologies towards a successful project management and implementation
- Delivers and completes high impact projects that result in savings and process improvements for the organisation while working collaboratively with Finance
- Acts as the internal consultant for process improvement and measurement approaches
- Assist in the development of an overall system for the successful implementation of a Process Excellence Programmes
- Manages and builds the overall Process Excellence Programme that contributes to a culture of process excellence
- Encompasses subject matter expertise in best in class tools / methodologies and process management expertise and coaches project team members where required
- Manages team members including coaching and performance management (where applicable).
Qualifications & Experience:
- Significant previous experience either in process improvement or operations roles
- Previous stakeholder management experience.
