As a Quick Service Restaurant Manager (A&W), you'll be key to the success of our restaurant operations. Lead by example, inspire your team to exceed expectations, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and attending to guests, ensuring professionalism from team members even during peak rush periods.
• Resolve guest conflicts promptly by acknowledging the issue, apologizing, and ensuring a timely resolution.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Shift Managers, Supervisors, and Team Members.
• Hire, train, and foster a culture of respect, kindness, and fairness among staff.
• Monitor financial performance, complete reports, and follow cash handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and health practices in both the kitchen and dining areas.
• Assist employees with service when needed, including food preparation and guest support.
• Uphold the company’s Safety Mission Statement, ensuring a safe environment for employees and guests.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of management or leadership experience in restaurant operations.
• 3+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety, health, and workplace safety regulations.
• Ability to order, inventory, and control costs effectively.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to work 45–55 hours per week.
• Aloha POS system experience is a plus.
