Aristocrat is searching for a UK Hub Site Lead, London to be responsible for the overall employee engagement, operational management, and supplier partnerships within the UK Hub. The Site Lead partners closely with Aristocrat’s Group functions such as IT, People & Culture, Finance, Legal and Compliance to ensure alignment with global objectives while adapting operations to local market conditions.
The Site Lead acts as the primary representative in the UK Hub office, fostering relationships with key team members, specifically senior leadership and their support teams based onsite.
What you'll do
Site Management:
- First point of contact for site wide initiatives
- Ensure the office is always up to the highest level of regional codes and standards
- Partner with the local senior leadership and Aristocrat Global Facilities team for office improvements, current lease reviews and future lease executions
- Implement continuous improvement practices and policies across the UK Hub
- Drive strategic engagement across the UK Hub, finding opportunities to develop initiatives aligned to All Game 2030
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Workplace and Facilities team members in the UK Hub consistent with approach across EMEA region
People & Culture (P&C):
- Partner with P&C to supervise the Power Pulse results and motivate changes which improve employee experience and drive increased engagement for all employees aligned to UK Hub
- Support local P&C in signing official employee documents as requested (if local P&C or senior leaders are unavailable)
- Support the Facilities team with aligning with P&C and/or Communications Team:
- celebrating birthdays and work anniversaries
- selecting any approved company gifts for onboarding and significant events
- planning a Summer and Winter office event around a business update
Act as Escalation Point for Information Technology (IT) & Finance:
- Serve as an escalation point if IT needs are not being met
- Ensure the office has appropriate and functioning IT equipment
- Partner with P&C and the Aristocrat Finance team to drive site wide initiatives within budget and the Aristocrat Framework
- Support Workplace and Facilities team to drive efficiencies with suppliers without material business impact
Lead One Aristocrat Culture:
- Partner with local leaders to create a culture of engagement on the Site
- Ensure the welcome and reception facilities are consistent with Aristocrat approach
- Mitigate conflicts that may arise between different functions of the business on the Site
- Partner with other Aristocrat Country Leads/General Managers and Appointed Site leaders to ensure alignment on Office culture
- Work closely with Senior Leadership based on site to drive One Aristocrat collaboration with business impact
Community Outreach :
- Drive local engagement activities in line with local leadership and wider enterprise teams to ensure consistency across all sites
- Represent the company in external engagements, specifically with partners and suppliers
- Partner with the local building and area management to develop incentives and engagement in Shell Mex House, 80 Strand
- Partner with the Aristocrat Global Communications team on branding/outreach initiatives to ensure brand awareness in the market
- Work closely with Senior Leadership, Global Comms and P&C to drive internal engagement strategies specific to the UK Hub
Reporting & Communication:
- Lead regular steerco and site leadership updates
- Provide regular updates to P&C, regional and global leadership as requested
- Ensure transparent communication across all levels of the organization
- Act as the point of contact for One Aristocrat events and off sites for any senior leaders and teams, ensuring all visitors receive consistent levels of service and hospitality
Health, Safety & Security
- Responsible person where necessary and escalation point for HSE issues
- Support the Aristocrat HSE team to ensure all Aristocrat safety protocols, training and guidelines are adhered to empowering the workplace and facilities team to manage the delivery and execution of HSE initiatives
- Ensure local safety protocols are understood, communicated and adhered to by all employees
- Review log of all injury incidents and, working with the Aristocrat HSE and local workplace and facilities teams, provide recommendations
- Primary Contact for Hub related emergency incidents
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a multinational or multi-office environment.
- Strong understanding of the local market and regulatory landscape.
- Excellent operational management, communication, and interpersonal skills, able to connect and bring diverse teams together
- Financial savvy
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, or related field
- Understanding of Employee Experience
- Collaborative approach, experience working in a matrix across a Global organisation
