Project Manager III - Population Health

Position Purpose: This is a dual role of 50% Project Management and 50% administration role with the design, build, and management of Smartsheet and Power BI tools to enhance project visibility and streamline workflows.

• Manage the full project life cycle including requirements gathering, creation of project plans and schedules, obtaining and managing resources, managing budget, and facilitating project execution, deployment and closure
• Design and maintain Smartsheet templates, dashboards, forms, workspaces, and automated workflows using Smartsheet Control Center and Blueprint Builder.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across Smartsheet environments.
• Integrate Smartsheet and other data sources into Power BI for real-time reporting.
• Develop dynamic dashboards to visualize KPIs, project status, and performance metrics.
• Perform data validation, cleansing, and transformation to ensure accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Smartsheet and Power BI tools.
• Monitor the creation of all project deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards including design documents, test plans, training materials, and operations documentation

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, related field, or equivalent experience. Master's degree preferred. 4+ years of project management and implementation or program management experience. Proficient with MS Office applications and project management tools. Experience working with and leading diverse groups and matrix managed environments.
License/Certification: PMP, PgMP, or CAPM preferred.

Preferred Skills:

Be proficient in Smartsheet Control Center and Blueprint Builder, Power BI with DAX and data modeling, and have strong project management knowledge, with preferred certifications in Smartsheet and/or Power BI.

Pay Range: $86,000.00 - $154,700.00 per year

Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
