Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, process, and administer contracts for healthcare professional, healthcare organisation engagements in compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • Verify all contracts meet pharmaceutical industry compliance requirements, including transparency reporting, global anti-bribery provisions, and fair market value compensation standards
  • Prepare and process contracts and related documents within defined timelines while maintaining meticulous documentation in respective systems
  • Knowledge of the compliance requirements and industry policies
  • Creating purchase orders (PO), invoicing, payments follow up in line with contract
  • Vendor creation (in LEO), HCP account creation requests (harmony)
  • Self-controls and internal control (IC) testing according to IC framework
  • Budget and performance tracking support
  • Apply knowledge of local healthcare regulations and abide to local laws and country-specific compliance requirements for international engagements
  • Maintain effective communication with event leads, country approvers, and external experts to ensure timely contract execution and resolution of queries
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure all deliverables meet defined quality parameters before distribution to stakeholders
  • Monitor ongoing contracts and projects, providing regular status updates and taking proactive measures to ensure timely completion
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to national and international law, internal policies and external regulations governing HCP interactions
  • Build and maintain productive working relationships with internal project-requestors, external experts and end-to-end contracting leads to facilitate smooth contract processes.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance contract management workflows and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

About You

  • Education: Bachelor/ Master’s degree required in life sciences stream 
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in pharma/life-science companies

Professional skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships and coordinate complex projects with competing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Proficiency in managing user data with attention to detail, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality in compliance with data protection regulation
  • Organizational and analytical capabilities to anticipate challenges, develop solutions, and make sound decisions based on available information

Technical skills:

  • Experience on any Contracts Management platform (e.g. Coupa)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (i.e., Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
