The Manager, Influencer Marketing leads the strategy, execution, and performance optimization of all ambassadors and influencer initiatives across brand-building and commerce-driven programs. This role is responsible for growing the #TeamGNC creator community, overseeing a mix of brand and performance influencer programs, and driving measurable impact. This role will oversee an internal specialist and external agency partners, while collaborating cross-functionally with Media, Creative, Ecomm, and Brand Marketing teams.
What You’ll Do:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the strategy, and growth of GNC’s full influencer ecosystem, including always-on ambassador programs, paid influencer campaigns, affiliate/“affluencer” partnerships.
- Manage and develop internal team members (i.e. Influencer Specialist) and external agency partners to ensure seamless campaign execution and relationship management.
- Own quarterly planning, budgeting, and forecasting for all influencer efforts, ensuring alignment to goals and business KPIs. Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Oversee all phases of influencer campaigns—from briefing and talent vetting to approvals, activation, amplification, and reporting.
- Ensure influencer content aligns with GNC’s brand standards and connects authentically to consumer needs and trends.
- Partner with Paid Media team to amplify top-performing influencer content across platforms and ensure integration with broader media strategies.
- Lead the development of performance benchmarks, testing frameworks, and ROI reporting to inform strategy and optimize future campaigns. Community Building & Program Expansion
- Evolve and grow the #TeamGNC influencer community across key tiers (mega, macro, micro, nano), with a strong focus on authenticity, diversity, and niche relevance.
- Lead surprise-and-delight activations, product seeding, and launch moments to foster brand love and social buzz.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to leverage influencer partnerships/content across channel mix.
- Stay ahead of platform shifts, creator economy trends, and competitive influencer strategies to inform program evolution.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5–7 years of experience in influencer marketing, ambassador management, or creator strategy—ideally within DTC, wellness, fitness, or lifestyle industries.
- Proven track record managing multi-tiered influencer campaigns and driving measurable results (i.e. reach, engagement, traffic, sales).
- Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging creator platforms and monetization tools.
- Strong leadership, team management, and project management skills.
- Proficient in influencer platforms/tools (i.e. CreatorIQ, Aspire, LTK, TikTok Creator Marketplace).
- Comfortable managing budgets, contracts, and performance reporting.
- Passion for wellness, innovation, and community building.
- Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)
- Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as internal and external clients
- Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
