Montessori Care is seeking experienced and compassionate support workers to join a care team supporting a client in Blair Athol!

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to become part of a stable, well-coordinated care environment for a long-term client with high physical support needs and a supportive family.

As a support worker with Montessori Care, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, in-home support to a NDIS participant with high physical care needs. This role involves a combination of personal care, emotional support, and domestic assistance, with a focus on maintaining the dignity, safety, and wellbeing of the client.

The client requires domestic assistance, meal preparations, after school supports and in-home/community access. You’ll be working closely with a care coordination team and a family who values professionalism, consistency, and communication.

About You

• Experience supporting clients with autism
• Confident delivering personal care and hygiene routines
• Calm, reliable, and emotionally mature
• Ability to work independently, part of a team and maintain professional boundaries

Essential Requirements

• Qualifications in Individual Support, Disability or Aged Care and/or experience or other qualifications deemed relevant
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Manual Handling training (or willingness to obtain)
• First Aid & CPR Certification
• Full working rights in Australia
• A valid NSW Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
