Electrical and Automation Manager

Responsibilities / Tasks

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to lead our Electrical Engineering & Automation team. This role is ideal for a technical leader with a strong background in electrical and automation systems, preferably within the dairy, food & beverage process industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Electric & Automation team.
• Deliver services for full-scope projects, single machines, and on-site service activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and needs.
• Plan and schedule multiple projects, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
• Track progress of electrical and automation projects, ensuring timely completion.
• Review system designs, providing feedback and suggestions to engineers.
• Manage internal and external resources throughout all project phases.
• Stay updated on developments in electrical and automation technologies.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve business efficiency.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting locally and internationally.
• Provide active support for equipment and process-related on-site services.
• Foster cross-functional and international collaboration.
• Support sales activities during proposal and project definition stages.

Your Profile / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a technical leadership role, with at least 5 years focused on electrical and/or automation systems (preferably in dairy, food & beverage process industries).
• Familiarity with electrical and automation standards; ability to work with global technology centers.
• Experience managing all phases of electrical and automation projects: concept design, hardware design, software development, FAT, SAT, commissioning, and optimization.
• Proven expertise in developing and implementing automation systems.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and flexible.
• Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
• Excellent command of MS Office applications.
• Good command of written and spoken English (B2/C1 level).
• No restriction for travel.
• No military obligation (for male candidates).
• Solid understanding of health and safety practices.
