We are looking for an experienced  

Project Manager, Information Systems
to work in Ponsse Product Management & PMO Team in Finland

As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and executing Machine Control/Information Systems projects within Ponsse. You will work alongside various stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet all business objectives. Your responsibilities will include overseeing project execution, feature requirements, managing resources, creating detailed project plans, and reporting on progress. You will act as a key point of contact for project updates, escalating issues when necessary, and ensuring that all project documentation is up to date.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an R&D Lead or Project Lead role or similar
• Proven experience in contributing to successful projects, transforming customer needs into practical solutions
• Experience with perception- , machine control- , automation systems-, moving off road machinery and/or connectivity solutions
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both written and spoken; other languages are an advantage
• Readiness to travel internationally

You will be part of Ponsse’s Product Manager & PMO team, reporting to Director, PMO Ville Hukkanen, and working closely with the team globally across Ponsse countries and subsidiaries. 

The location in Finland will be Kajaani, Kuopio, Tampere or Vieremä, but we work with a hybrid model.
