About the role
- Monitor and support applications during a major platform transition.
- Collaborate with testing teams to ensure smooth migration and integration.
- Perform operational tasks including scheduling, automation, and system health checks.
- Act as a hybrid Operator/Analyst, providing insights and troubleshooting support.
- Contribute to documentation and process improvement initiatives.
About you
- 3–4 years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or network support.
- Strong understanding of automation tools and scripting (e.g., PowerShell).
- Experience with job scheduling and monitoring tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
