The Arlington of Naples is recruiting for a hospitality focused per diem CNA - Innovative Home Services to join our team!

Salary: Starting at $17.00 per hour

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a HHA:

1. Baths 
2. Oral hygiene
3. Shampoos 
4. Changing bed linen 
5. Dressing and undressing clients 
6. Skin care and prevention of skin breakdown 
7. Toileting activities 

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

1. Has a completed a recognized Home Health Aide training program of 40 hours or has passed the IHS Home Health Aide competency test with a passing score.
2. Has a current CPR certification.
3. Has excellent observation and communication skills.
4. Is self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision.
5. Is flexible and cooperative in fulfilling obligations.
