Main purpose of the role:

Simmons Adaptive are looking for a commercial contracts lawyer, with regulatory expertise, to join one of our asset management clients in London. We expect this assignment to suit a mid-level lawyer but open to profiles from all PQE levels of 2yrs+.

This role will run for 3-6 months, ideally starting in September/October. The assignment will be full-time, with a hybrid working arrangement.

Person specification:

• You are a lawyer with significant commercial contracts experience.
• You will have experience negotiating client documents, vendor agreements, IT and corporate/commercial agreements.
• You have a keen understanding of the sell-side of MiFID II.
• You are able to work in a dynamic and fast moving environment.
• You have excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads.
• You can work autonomously but can also collaborate as part of the wider team.
• You will be required to hold he relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
