Associate Product Manager Personalization

Key Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in shaping Circle K’s global personalization initiatives.

  • Drive the creation of compelling, personalized customer experiences that boost engagement, retention, and lifetime value.

  • Support the implementation and optimization of personalization strategies based on member preferences and behaviors.

  • Apply a data-driven approach to guide decision-making and measure success.

  • Collaborate closely with loyalty, marketing, digital, analytics, and operational teams to ensure a seamless member experience.

  • Help deliver a cohesive and rewarding journey that makes members feel recognized and valued across all touchpoints.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on loyalty programs, CRM, and customer lifecycle management.

  • Solid understanding of personalization strategies across digital and in-store channels (e.g., loyalty programs, targeted offers, tailored content).

  • Exposure to marketing automation or personalization tools (e.g., Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Campaign).

  • Ability to contribute to product discovery by gathering and translating requirements into backlog items, analyzing customer behavior data and campaign performance metrics, and supporting end-to-end execution of personalization and communication campaigns from ideation to deployment.

  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders in a complex, global organization.

  • Proactive in spotting pain points and opportunities to deliver more relevant, timely, and contextual customer interactions.

  • Demonstrates curiosity and a growth mindset, with eagerness to learn new tools, technologies, and product management practices.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
