KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Assisting in generating and controlling maintenance work orders.
  • Inputting, amending, and updating repair and maintenance information in the system.
  • Maintaining duty rosters, leave records, and attendance records for employees in the technical department.
  • Handling employee requests and providing appropriate course of action suggestions.
  • Supporting the monitoring and analysis of data through key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Assisting in creating and maintaining plant and equipment work history records.
  • Collaborating with supervisors, storekeepers, and technicians for efficient planning and scheduling.
  • Ensuring data integrity and quality in all maintenance-related activities.
  • Coordinating with HR for leave management and attendance tracking.
  • Providing administrative support to the technical department.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Mandatory: Diploma/ Higher Diploma in mechanical engineering, Preferable: Graduate/ bachelor’s in mechanical engineering
  • Familiar with technical/ parts manuals and hydraulics drawings
  • Familiar with safety procedures
  • Knowledge about safety norms and procedures
  • Decision making and analytical ability
  • Goal and achievement oriented
  • Proficient in English and Portuguese
  • Proficient in MS office
