KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Assisting in generating and controlling maintenance work orders.
- Inputting, amending, and updating repair and maintenance information in the system.
- Maintaining duty rosters, leave records, and attendance records for employees in the technical department.
- Handling employee requests and providing appropriate course of action suggestions.
- Supporting the monitoring and analysis of data through key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assisting in creating and maintaining plant and equipment work history records.
- Collaborating with supervisors, storekeepers, and technicians for efficient planning and scheduling.
- Ensuring data integrity and quality in all maintenance-related activities.
- Coordinating with HR for leave management and attendance tracking.
- Providing administrative support to the technical department.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Mandatory: Diploma/ Higher Diploma in mechanical engineering, Preferable: Graduate/ bachelor’s in mechanical engineering
- Familiar with technical/ parts manuals and hydraulics drawings
- Familiar with safety procedures
- Knowledge about safety norms and procedures
- Decision making and analytical ability
- Goal and achievement oriented
- Proficient in English and Portuguese
- Proficient in MS office
