What this job involves:
Key Accountabilities:
Leads the end to end local execution of learning needs, delivery and adoption of learning products
Conduct learning needs analyses with business stakeholders; shares unique needs to the L&D Products team
Influences and aligns stakeholders to align business line talent plan or country talent plan to adopt (or slightly alter) L&D products within country
Delivers incredible learning experiences within India in alignment with their L&D Partner.
Manages local programs and projects.
Work with the business to engage, excite and motivate learners to learn and embed these new skills in their work
Monitor & track performance metrics, leverage learning analytics to draw connections and make appropriate adjustments or recommendations
Serve as an L&D expert, sharing best practices and utilizing available content, resources, and technology to meet business needs
Leverages operational L&D expertise: portfolio of work demonstrating a track record in rolling out top-notch instructor-led & digital learning experiences for employees at all levels
Uses digital learning systems to track, monitor and drive usage – including regulatory or compilatory metrics
Works in partnership with the Talent Partners, People Partners and People Solutions to deliver quality learning experiences that grow the business
Ensures learning products are created and delivered within country or business line (and may be part of a learning product team for feedback or cultural/business line infusion)
Required Skills and Experience:
7+ years at least of experience in consulting with a business on their learning and development needs and facilitating leadership and personal development programs, using contemporary content and approaches.
Strong understanding of manager effectiveness, leadership development, change leadership, adult learning theory and team effectiveness.
Strong facilitation skills and experience delivering programs at all levels of the organization is key for the role.
Demonstrated ability to drive conversations that lead to more diverse and inclusive work environments, including experience teaching topics on unconscious bias and microaggressions.
Preferable: Experience using and applying assessments in a learning environment, particularly: 360s, Insights Discovery/ Strengthsfinder 2.0/ Herrmann Brain Dominance (HBDI)/ Five Dysfunctions of a Team / Ideal Team Player, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Best in class facilitation skills and ability to navigate hard conversations in a classroom; equally strong virtual facilitation skills with experience using Webex and Adobe Connect to deliver an engaging learning experience.
Outstanding interpersonal skills with executives; comfort, confidence and humility in dealing with management/leadership at all levels.
Knowledge of basic talent management practices / talent life cycle desired.
Relevant degree with a degree in L&D or org development/behaviour.
Strong PowerPoint skills; Intermediate Excel skills; superior written/oral communication skills.

You should have a proven track record of setting and driving L&D strategies collaborating with a dynamic leadership team.
Great communicator
Do you have a high EQ? Can you work under pressure? These qualities are must for this role as you will be working with many diverse interest groups and often you’ll function under tremendous pressure. We also want you to have great communication skills both verbal and writing. This will help in sharing information and getting your ideas across clearly. Your ability to convey information persuasively is highly important for the role.
