What you will do:
- Ensure all customer orders are processed, packed, and shipped accurately and on time
- Monitor and improve fulfillment processes to increase efficiency and productivity
- Coordinate with inventory management to ensure stock levels meet demand
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies in order processing and fulfillment
- Implement and uphold safety standards and protocols within the fulfillment area
- Collaborate with other departments, including customer service and logistics, to streamline operations and address any fulfillment-related concerns
- Prepare and present reports on fulfillment performance and metrics
What you will bring:
- 3+ years of experience in a fulfillment or distribution related role
- Degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field preferred
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
