Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ERP Solutions Specialist with deep expertise in ERP Systems such as Epicor Prophet 21 (P21), NetSuite, SAP B1, MS Dynamics Business Central to lead the technical design, integration, and optimization of ERP solutions across our distribution and manufacturing business units. This role requires a hands-on architect who can translate complex business needs into scalable, high-performing ERP configurations and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and architect robust ERP solutions that align with business operations in sales, service, procurement, inventory, production, and finance.
• Lead technical design for integrations between ERP and external systems (CRM, eCommerce, WMS, EDI, BI tools).
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and data mappings.
• Develop and optimize SQL scripts, stored procedures, views, and ETL processes to support reporting, integrations, and data migrations.
• Partner with business analysts and SMEs to gather and translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Support system performance tuning, data troubleshooting, and architecture-level root cause analysis.
• Evaluate and recommend ERP enhancements, and third-party tools based on evolving business needs.
• Serve as a technical lead during implementation and post-go-live support, and mentor junior team members.
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ERP systems, including multi-site or multi-brand implementations.
• Strong proficiency in SQL – writing complex queries, tuning performance, and working with large data sets.
• Deep understanding of ERP data flow, and integration points.
• Experience with SSRS, RESTful APIs, and middleware platforms for integration.
• Solid grasp of business processes in distribution, logistics, procurement, and service operations.
• Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience creating/managing AI Agents through CoPilot/ChatGPT/Claude are desired
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
