We are seeking a Product Manager for our Integration team to lead the seamless implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of various existing and new application integrations. This role is essential in driving successful integration efforts through client-focused solutioning, enabling technical configurations, and providing client support for Integration products. This role will play a critical part in strategic planning, stakeholder management, and addressing technical challenges proactively.
Key Responsibilities
Product Lifecycle Management
Managing the integration lifecycle, from planning and development to launch and ongoing maintenance.
Ensuring a smooth and intuitive user experience for integrated products or features.
Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of integrations.
Ensuring that sales, marketing, and support teams are equipped to effectively communicate and support the integrated product.
Sales Support & Solution Architecture
Partner with Sales to provide pre-sales technical expertise and integration solutioning.
Develop and present detailed support materials outlining integration options and benefits.
Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth configuration and setup process.
Technical Configuration & Product Integration
Collaborating with various teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales) as well as our customers to gather and document integration requirements.
Leverage deep product and technology knowledge to accommodate diverse system configurations (e.g., dispatch, open booking, lead sections).
Ensure our solution integrates without disrupting client business processes.
Technical Support & Maintenance
Overseeing API integrations, ensuring proper documentation, and troubleshooting issues.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure successful data flow and system performance.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in technical consulting, product management, or a related field.
Strong understanding of CRM systems is a plus (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, Zoho, etc.).
A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Experience with APIs, data mapping, and system configuration.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $120,000 and $150,000. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications and experience. Note: variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable.
