Marketing Intern

Agilytic helps organisations reach their goals through the smarter use of data. Since 2015, we have successfully completed more than 300 projects for prominent companies and, with a rapidly expanding team of over 20 innovative data scientists, we aim to establish ourselves as a premier data-driven management consultancy in Belgium.

As a marketing intern, you will play a key role in enhancing Agilytic's visibility across various channels and events. We are seeking a proactive individual who can assist us in expanding and refining our presence. While our primary objectives are B2B lead generation and recruitment, we recognize that the success of these initiatives is typically evaluated over the long term.

The marketing intern will report directly to the management team. Although this role is not designed to be “customer-facing,” we expect to approach every project and our "internal" clients with the utmost care and attention.

Projects and tasks

• Develop social media content tailored for our two primary audiences:
• Prospective clients seeking our services
• Potential candidates interested in joining our team
• Maintain a continuous flow of social content while ensuring the timely promotion of articles, social media posts, and more.
• Generate spontaneous posts during our team events, primarily held on Thursday evenings.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders involved in the content creation process, including copywriters, subject matter experts, editors, and clients.
• Organize content scheduling for our primary social media platforms (utilizing Hubspot).
• Conceptualize, plan, and oversee the creation of engaging posts across our social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Requirements

🎓 You will be graduating from a university with a master's in digital marketing (or equivalent)

🇬🇧 You have excellent English copywriting skills (an official certification is a plus).

🎨 You are familiar with content creation tools like Adobe express

⚡️ You are proactive and energetic. You ask for more work when you’re done instead of waiting for someone to tell you what to do.

⏱ You are organized, able to prioritize and timebox tasks to meet deadlines

💻 Digital is a passion and second nature

🗓 NB: the internship duration should be of at least 3 months
