What You’ll Do:
• Support the Principal in daily school operations and step in as school leader when needed
• Coach, mentor, and onboard teachers to deliver high-quality curriculum
• Build strong relationships with families and the community
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for every child
• Support enrollment growth, compliance, and operational excellence
What We’re Looking For:
• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Educational Leadership, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of early childhood administration, leadership, or management experience
• Strong knowledge of state licensing and compliance
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• A passion for early childhood education and building thriving school communities
