Responsibilities:


Sourcing and Talent Pipeline:

  • Identify and utilize diverse sourcing techniques to build a robust candidate pipeline with the required skill set.

  • Manage day-to-day sourcing operations and coordinate activities to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.

Recruitment and Selection:

  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting activities, from talent sourcing to interviewing and hiring.

  • Identify effective sourcing channels and maintain relationships with various stakeholders to enhance candidate acquisition.

Hiring Operations:

  • Manage day-to-day hiring operations and coordination activities to ensure a streamlined and efficient process.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and preferences.

HR Practices and Support:

  • Assist in driving HR practices, staying updated on industry trends, and contributing to the development of HR policies.

  • Work on various auxiliary operations-related tasks to support overall HR initiatives.

Onboarding:

  • Plan and execute the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.

  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or in any other related field.

  • 2+ years of relevant experience with bulk hiring.

  • Prior experience in bulk hiring for non-technical roles is mandatory.

  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of HR best practices and a proactive approach to stay updated on industry trends.
