The Business Development Executive is responsible for prospecting potential clients and dealing with potential enquiries, negotiating deals and reaching sales targets. This role focuses on lead generation, client relationship building, closing sales, and supporting the Country Head of Sales to achieve targets and support company’s growth objectives. The ideal candidate is results-driven, strategic, and comfortable engaging with local and foreign decision-makers across industries.  
Job Responsibilities: 

1. Prospection:

  • Identify potential clients across company’s services, and the decision makers within the client organization.
  • Create database for prospection on CRM
  • Media watch related with prospective opportunity
  • Cold calling to arrange meetings
  • Canvassing (door-to-door)
  • Registration of company for tenders including client e-Procurement system
  • Networking by attending events, conferences, seminars and cocktails
  • Setting up meetings with potential clients (domestic & international) for discussion of their enquiries and giving presentation on company profile & service offering
  • Following up and sending out information after meeting and discussion for potential clients
2.  Handling incoming sales inquiries through phone, website, chat, and other channels:
  • Process sales inquiries via email or phone and register on CRM
  • Contact clients / prospects to obtain missing information or answer queries
3. Sales:
  • Develop proposals/quotations that answer the client’s needs and objectives
  • Sending proposals to clients and follow-up
  • Handling objections and working through differences to a positive conclusion
  • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
  • Adapting standard agreements to clients and Integrity requirements
4. Handling pre- and post-sales activities:
  • Client onboarding requirements such as CMDF, Methodology Forms, Case Briefs, Registration on Portal
  • Prepare tender documents
  • Prepare and manage client contracts / agreements, and handle vendor registration process with clients
  • Handle client’s new inquiries
  • Organize quarterly a Client Satisfaction Survey
  • Assistance for monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reporting
5. CRM, database and filing management:
  • Database contract
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Keep CRM updated
  • Manage follow-up activities and update on CRM
  • Monitor contract expiry dates
6. Reporting & Collaboration with other divisions
  • Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM
  • Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate
  • Coordinate and Collaboration with other divisions
  • Immediate notification of critical issues
  • Advisory related to sales activities 
7. Other ad-hoc assignments as per supervisor's request


Job Requirements:

  • Thai nationality
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Bachelor's degree from any major
  • Minimum 3 years prior work experience in Sales or in managing clients from the service industry
  • Proficient in English, spoken and written
  • Ability and desire to sell
  • A confident and determined approach
  • Adept, persuasive communicator
  • Deadline-oriented and attentive to detail
  • Must be able to multitask
  • Able to be flexible on job scope evolution
