Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS) is seeking a Project Manager to join the Global Supply Chain (GSC) Process Control & Audit Team. This is an onsite/Hybrid position that will be based out of Linthicum- Maryland.
What you will get to do:
- Transform and drive process control rigor to enable sustainable, profitable growth and consistently meet customer and company commitments
- Build long-term program excellence capability and culture through the GSC Councils
- Support various GSC audits, both internal and external
- Proactively leverage tools, processes, knowledge, and skill building enabling results driven decision making
- Lead efforts to instill a culture of performance and program execution excellence throughout the GSC organization
- Operate as independent oversight with implementation authority and process accountability
- Partner with Sector Program Excellence team on developing and instilling best practices
Basic Qualifications for Project Manager:
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of supply chain, program management or project management
- Experience interfacing with all levels of employees and Leadership
- Ability to travel up to 25% per month
Preferred Qualifications for Project Manager:
- Experience in program execution, earned value management, change management, risk management, and/or stakeholder management
- Experience with process control or rigor control
- Experience with cross campus or multidiscipline collaboration
