About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, proactive, passionate individual wanting to become a vital member of our organisation, by assisting our Lifestyles Management team with their administrative duties. This position will be located primarily at St Ives with the possibility of working occasionally at our head office in Allambie Heights.
This is a fixed term parental leave cover ending December 2026.
Responsibilities of the role (not limited to):
- Providing general administration support and assistance to the Lifestyles team
- Liaising with clients and their families/carers
- Maintaining client information, assessments and records, including assisting with Service Review Documentation, the Client Risk Register and My Service Folder
- Maintaining, scheduling and updating of clients in Salesforce
- Maintaining staff training records
- Assisting with the management of Lifestyles St Ives fleet of vehicles
- Assisting the team with WHS compliance
- Assisting with special projects as required
- Taking minutes of meetings when required
About you:
- Have a minimum of 2 years administration experience in a fast paced environment
- Positive "can do" attitude
- Articulate communication both verbal and written
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to think out the square
