We are on the lookout for:

Job vacancy: MME Manager

Your responsibility will be to manage and develop the Mid-Market Enterprises segment by leading a team of Relationship Managers and ensure the development and execution of commercial plans to achieve strategic objectives and reinforce the customer experience.

In this role you will,

• Develop and sustain the segment brand and its value proposition to increase customer loyalty and attract new customers;

• Maintain and enhance customer relationships with existing and prospective customers to ensure business continuity and growth;     

• Ensure provision of high quality and timely service to clients in view of improving the Net Promoter Scores and Customer Service Standards scores;

• Build relationship and synergies with the key external stakeholders in the marketplace to constantly grow the business;             

• Work in close collaboration with MCB branches, other Lines of Business and local subsidiaries to tap into new business opportunities and structuring of deals;             

• Represent the bank in appropriate forum and/or any public relation events for networking and to seize business opportunities;                 

• Manage credit portfolio in accordance with MCB credit policies and guidelines to mitigate financial risks;

• Monitor performance metrics of the Business Unit, identify deviations and take corrective actions on a regular basis to meet set objectives and increase profitability;

• Ensure that the leads pipeline is appropriately fueled to constantly grow the business;   

• Request and capitalise on analytics provided by relevant teams to exploit potential business opportunities, prompt targeted solutions and improve customer service;

• Lead the team to achieve targets set and increase operational efficiency by continuously monitoring the level of productivity and performance and implement any corrective measures whenever necessary.

We are looking for candidates who have minimum:

• A BSc in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Management or any related fields;

• A Master in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Management or equivalent would be an advantage; 

• 10 years' experience in relationship management, dealing with non -individual customers within the Banking sector;

• 3 years’ experience leading a team;

You will be required to demonstrate:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools;

• Understanding of socio-political and economic environment of international and local market; 

• Knowledge of Banking Products and Services;

• Thorough Knowledge of Accounting Principles & Practice, Customer Lending, Credit Principles, Risk Management & Banking Regulatory Framework.
