Qualco Real Estate Services is a dynamic asset management and advisory firm, fully owned by Qualco and specializing in real estate asset management. The company oversees large portfolios of real estate assets, managing the entire lifecycle - from pre-auction marketing and property onboarding to technical maturity and final disposal.
Qualco Real Estate Services is seeking a Portfolio Manager to join its team. Reporting to the Business Development & Operations Director, the Portfolio Manager will lead the Portfolio Management Team and oversee the effective management of real estate portfolios.
More specifically, as a Portfolio Manager, you will:
- Manage real estate portfolios in alignment with client objectives and preferences;
- Resolve issues and challenges related to property management;
- Organize and lead regular client meetings to review asset status, risks, goals, and progress;
- Lead collaboration with Technical, Advisory and Sales teams to ensure smooth transition throughout the property lifecycle, from acquisition to sale;
- Prepare and present performance reports to clients, company leadership, and the group, with a strong understanding of business drivers;
- Lead and mentor the portfolio management team, driving success and contributing to the company’s vision;
- Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
- Actively ensuring compliance with the Group's Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy and all applicable regulations, identifying and reporting potential risks related to bribery and corruption, and promoting ethical behavior by participating in and encouraging continuous training and awareness initiatives.
Requirements
To be considered, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Science, Engineering or other related field.
- 5+ years of experience in real estate asset management (strongly preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess and address complex challenges
- Proven presentation skills, including the ability to create and deliver business presentations and reports
- Effective leadership and managerial skills, with a proven ability to coach and develop teams
- Excellent organizational skills, with high attention to detail, multitasking, and time management
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines while adapting to changing circumstances
- Strong communication skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office suite with emphasis on powerpoint and excel
- Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
