Whether purchasing a first home or vacation home, refinancing an existing mortgage or tapping into a home equity line of credit, we offer a wide array of products and services to meet customers at every stage of their journey. The Paid Media Digital Marketing team is responsible for developing and leading integrated marketing campaigns designed to increase awareness, drive consideration and profitability drive conversion.

The ideal candidate is a highly effective and innovative marketer with experience in driving growth and expansion in paid media. This role will be particularly focused on running multi-channel (display, online video, programmatic, digital out-of-home, paid social, etc.) media campaigns nationally, as well as a test and learn strategy and tactics.

The VP, Paid Digital Media Strategy & Planning, will lead the day-today  optimization of all digital assets, and serve as a Marketing liaison across a broader team of campaign execution partners, agency partners and our in-house media planning/activation resources.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Serve as a marketing liaison across a broader team of campaign execution partners, agency partners and our in-house media planning/activation resources.
  • Lead the day-to-day multi-channel (display, online video, programmatic, digital out-of-home, paid social, etc.) and digital paid media campaigns nationally, as well as our test and learn strategy and tactics.
  • Coordinate weekly, monthly, and/or ad hoc reports--working in data dashboards and working with partners for supplemental data
  • Conduct monthly media performance reviews with CMO and finance leadership
  • Help serve as a conduit between creative and media, facilitating collaboration between LOB marketing and business stakeholders on ad hoc campaign (promotions, local testing, etc.)
  • Manage campaign scoping, support business cases and media briefs. Consolidate LOB feedback, working with the partners for paid media needs.
  • Mange media budgets and deliver efficiencies through agency stewardship and publisher governance 
  • Maintain a strong focus on operational controls and efficiencies

 

Required Qualifications: 

  • 5-8 years of paid media experience; financial services industry and/or media agency experience a plus

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field from an accredited college/university
  • Strong Digital Marketing and Social Media marketing skills in paid media
  • Self-starter with ability to grasp concepts quickly and collaborate with business partners for information to shape a comprehensive and successful marketing strategy
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills. Team player with a positive, can-do attitude; must be comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities
  • Highly organized with exceptional ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and make data/knowledge-based recommendations
  • Strong relationship development and negotiating skills; able to earn respect and trust among internal and external business partners and team members
  • Creativity and innovation with a focus on constant measured improvement
  • Excellent written and presentation skills

 

Location & Travel

Preferred location New York, NY or Columbus, OH; Chicago, IL, Wilmington, DE. Limited travel
