Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and skilled B2B Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team full-time. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in strategizing and executing our digital marketing initiatives across various B2B platforms. You'll be responsible for creating compelling content, managing our social media presence, driving email campaigns, and developing engaging product videos to reach and inform our customers and prospects.
This position requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You'll contribute to messaging and campaign planning, while also directly producing content, managing posts, tracking engagement, and reporting on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Copywriting: Develop high-quality, engaging content for our blog platform, social media channels, and email campaigns, leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance efficiency.
- Social Media Management: Strategize, create, and manage content for our B2B social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram, focusing on driving engagement and lead generation.
- Email Marketing: Plan, create, and execute email campaigns for product updates, newsletters, webinar invitations, and other communications to both customers and prospects using Zoho or similar email campaign tools.
- Blog Management: Publish and manage blog content within our CMS (e.g., WordPress), ensuring content is optimized for readability and search engines.
- Video Production: Conceptualize, script, and produce captivating YouTube product demonstration videos to showcase functionalities, using various video creation tools.
- Campaign Strategy & Analysis: Contribute to the development of digital marketing strategies, analyze campaign performance, and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
- Design & Visuals: Create basic visual assets and graphics for digital campaigns using Canva or other design tools.
Requirements
Must-Have Skills & Experience:- Strong Copywriting and Content Creation: Proven ability to write clear, concise, and compelling copy for various digital channels. Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT for content generation is essential.
- B2B Social Media Expertise: Hands-on experience managing business pages and campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram.
- Email Marketing Proficiency: Familiarity with email campaign platforms, ideally Zoho.
- Design Tool Experience: Competency with Canva or similar basic graphic design tools.
- CMS Familiarity: Comfort working in or a strong willingness to learn a Content Management System (e.g., WordPress) for blog publishing.
- Video Creation: Demonstrated ability to create engaging product demonstration videos for platforms like YouTube.
- Strong English Fluency: Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills are a must.
- Strategic & Execution-Oriented: Ability to contribute to strategic planning while also being highly hands-on in content production and campaign management.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points For):
- Experience in healthcare or SaaS marketing.
- Proven track record in a B2B digital marketing role.
- Experience with advanced video editing software.
