QuickBooks Finance Specialist

• Take full ownership of the QuickBooks Online system and all account management
  

• Perform daily reconciliations and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in the General Ledger
  

• Manage complex QuickBooks entries, including unassigned payments and accounts receivable
  

• Integrate QuickBooks data with the Halo PSA system to ensure accuracy in the customer portal
  

• Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies that the existing finance team cannot address
  

• Ensure customer payment details are accurately reflected in internal and customer-facing systems
  

• Provide QuickBooks support and training to the internal finance team
  

• Expert-level experience with QuickBooks Online, including its advanced features and limitations
  

• Deep understanding of General Ledger management and reconciliation workflows
  

• Experience integrating accounting systems with PSA tools (Halo PSA preferred)
  

• Strong foundation in accounting principles and financial transaction processing
  

• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex QuickBooks-related issues independently
  

• Experience collaborating with finance teams and reporting to finance managers
