Job Title:  Social Media Manager – Video Editing & Graphic Design
Job Type: 20 hours per week (Preferably Monday to Friday, flexible during EST business hours) Work Setup: Remote


About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager with a strong background in video editing and graphic design to lead content creation and elevate our online presence. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on storytelling, visual branding, and strategic growth across social media platforms.

You’ll collaborate directly with a key brand representative to design and implement a cohesive content and growth strategy, managing everything from planning and creation to engagement and analytics.


Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Creative Direction

  • Develop engaging, original content tailored to the brand’s voice and audience.

  • Repurpose long-form videos into compelling short-form content for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

  • Design visually striking graphics, carousel posts, story templates, and promotional assets.

  • Collaborate with the brand figure to elevate the creative direction and maintain a consistent visual identity.

  • Ensure brand consistency across tone, style, and visual aesthetics.

Strategy & Growth

  • Build and execute a strategic content plan for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.

  • Use analytics tools (e.g., InstaTrack or similar) to monitor performance and identify areas for growth.

  • Adjust content strategies based on data insights to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.

  • Stay current on social media trends, algorithm updates, and platform best practices.

Community Management & Brand Development

  • Manage content scheduling, daily posting, and audience engagement.

  • Maintain a content calendar aligned with brand initiatives and campaigns.

  • Drive community growth through value-driven content and authentic interactions.



Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in Social Media Management, Content Creation, or a similar role.

  • Proven success in growing and engaging social media audiences.

  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro.

  • Strong graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.

  • Experience creating and executing platform-specific content strategies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment.
