Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to become the research backbone of a thriving commercial real estate business. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll use your investigative skills and real estate expertise to uncover high-value prospects and build comprehensive contact databases. You’ll work independently to identify private developers, track property ownership, and create detailed prospect lists that enable the sales team to focus on closing deals. Your research will be the foundation that drives business growth, with the unique advantage of working in a different timezone to create a continuous workflow that maximizes productivity and opportunity capture.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify private developers and property owners specializing in retail investment properties through online platforms and databases
  • Build comprehensive lead lists from scratch, targeting retail centers, drive-thrus, and commercial developments
  • Investigate raw land developments to determine property ownership and identify key decision-makers behind projects
  • Source and validate accurate contact information including phone numbers and email addresses for prospects
  • Qualify leads and verify decision-maker status within target development companies
  • Research detailed property information, development plans, project timelines, and investment opportunities
  • Maintain organized spreadsheets with comprehensive prospect data, contact details, and strategic research notes
  • Deliver daily prospect lists of approximately 50 qualified contacts ready for immediate outreachWork during off-hours to ensure seamless workflow and maximum productivity for the sales team

Requirements

  • Proven background and hands-on experience in the commercial real estate industry
  • Strong proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal
  • Advanced research skills using online platforms, databases, and investigative techniques
  • Demonstrated experience with lead generation and prospecting methodologies in real estate
  • Deep knowledge of commercial real estate terminology, processes, and market dynamics
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality output
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and data management skills
  • Comfortable working in different time zones to support optimal business operations
  • Experience with spreadsheet management and CRM-style data organization
  • Understanding of property development processes and private developer identification methods
