  • Flexible hours - 20 hours a week, with availability aligned to Sydney business hours of the targeted region to increase conversion success.

Job Overview:

The Outbound Sales Agent plays a critical role in generating new business by proactively connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored cleaning service solutions. This role is ideal for results-driven sales professionals with strong communication skills and a passion for helping clients discover high-quality service solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contact potential clients via phone, email, and social media to introduce and promote cleaning services.
  • Achieve and exceed daily/weekly KPIs, including call volume, qualified leads, and conversions.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects, understanding their cleaning needs and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Present the company’s services effectively in both written and verbal formats, addressing client concerns and objections.
  • Participate in client video calls and present service proposals when needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions, feedback, and deal progress in the CRM.
  • Provide feedback to the team on client trends, objections, and market demands.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in spoken and written English with professional communication skills.
  • Proven outbound sales experience (B2B or B2C), preferably in services-based industries.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • High level of confidence and persistence when handling objections and rejection.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and online communication tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote environment.
  • Strong understanding of the sales funnel and client engagement strategies.
  • Noise-cancelling headset and a reliable internet connection.

Highly Regarded Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in B2B sales targeting small businesses or service industries.
  • Sales background in cleaning services, real estate, or facilities management.
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales KPIs or targets.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and provide an excellent customer experience.

Compensation:

Base pay (commensurate with experience) plus competitive commission-based incentives tied to performance and deals closed.
