Job Overview:
The Outbound Sales Agent plays a critical role in generating new business by proactively connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored cleaning service solutions. This role is ideal for results-driven sales professionals with strong communication skills and a passion for helping clients discover high-quality service solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact potential clients via phone, email, and social media to introduce and promote cleaning services.
- Achieve and exceed daily/weekly KPIs, including call volume, qualified leads, and conversions.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects, understanding their cleaning needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Present the company’s services effectively in both written and verbal formats, addressing client concerns and objections.
- Participate in client video calls and present service proposals when needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, feedback, and deal progress in the CRM.
- Provide feedback to the team on client trends, objections, and market demands.
Requirements:
- Fluent in spoken and written English with professional communication skills.
- Proven outbound sales experience (B2B or B2C), preferably in services-based industries.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- High level of confidence and persistence when handling objections and rejection.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and online communication tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote environment.
- Strong understanding of the sales funnel and client engagement strategies.
- Noise-cancelling headset and a reliable internet connection.
Highly Regarded Skills and Experience:
- Experience in B2B sales targeting small businesses or service industries.
- Sales background in cleaning services, real estate, or facilities management.
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales KPIs or targets.
- Knowledge of sales techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies.
Ability to build rapport quickly and provide an excellent customer experience.

Compensation:
Base pay (commensurate with experience) plus competitive commission-based incentives tied to performance and deals closed.
