About the Role
We’re hiring a strategic and creative Social Media & Lead Generation Specialist to drive
qualified opportunities for the client , a trusted voice in branded and industrial storytelling.
This role is focused on turning visibility into leads, not just building a beautiful online
presence. The right candidate knows how to strategize, create, and convert, blending
high-quality content with smart outreach and funnel-building tactics.
You’ll work alongside the client to position him as the go-to creative partner for agencies, brands,
and corporate clients looking for cinematic storytelling, especially in the manufacturing,
tech, and industrial sectors.
Your Core Mission: Lead Generation Through Social Media
Your #1 goal is to build a high-performing digital brand that generates inbound leads and
attracts strategic opportunities. This means:
- Growing the client's authority and reach with the right audiences
- Creating content that builds trust and relevance
- Converting interest into DMs, email signups, inquiries, and calls booked
Responsibilities
Lead-Driven Brand Strategy
- Develop a clear personal brand blueprint aligned with Roy’s business objectives with a focus on driving qualified interest.
- Define audience segments and lead types: e.g. marketing directors, brand leads, podcasting clients, collaborators.
Plan and create platform-specific content (primarily LinkedIn and Instagram)
including:
- Short-form videos (reels, BTS clips)
- Educational carousels, thought-leadership posts, c
Execute outbound and inbound lead-gen campaigns:
- Audience building through strategic follows and engagement loops
- Strategic DM outreach and responses
- Run targeted paid ad campaigns to retarget followers, drive inquiries, or promote content
Other Responsibilities
- Use analytics to track what’s working and what’s not — then double down.
- Continuously test hooks, formats, CTAs, and timing for lead conversion
- Audit and update social bios, link flows, and profile layouts to ensure every touchpoint is optimized.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in personal brand marketing or social-led lead generation
- A track record of growing engagement and converting it into inbound leads or inquiries
- A deep understanding of Instagram + LinkedIn for high-trust, authority-driven content
- Experience with brands in creative, entrepreneurial, or B2B industries
- Copywriting, visual storytelling, and campaign-building skills
