Job Overview:
We're seeking a talented Social Media Manager to take ownership of our comprehensive social media presence across multiple high-impact accounts. You'll be managing a diverse portfolio that includes business accounts, personal branding, and dynamic podcast content, working with established processes and a supportive team environment. This role offers the perfect blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution, where you'll have the opportunity to showcase your skills across major social platforms while contributing to meaningful brand growth. You'll be joining a fast-paced, results-driven team that provides the tools, resources, and support you need to excel in your role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize 5 distinct social media accounts including business, personal brand, and podcast accounts
- Create and execute strategic content scheduling across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook platforms
- Utilize Hootsuite and other advanced scheduling tools to plan engaging content months in advance
- Transform high-quality written content, including published articles from Entrepreneur Magazine, into compelling graphics for social media
- Edit and create dynamic video clips from podcast episodes to drive social media engagement
- Collaborate seamlessly with an experienced Philippines-based executive assistant for content coordination and scheduling support
- Maintain a consistent, professional brand voice across all platforms and accounts
- Execute proven processes and leverage established templates for maximum efficiency and impact
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in social media management or related field
- Exceptional English language skills with strong grammar, punctuation, and communication abilities
- Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Proven experience with major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook)
- Proficiency with scheduling platforms like Hootsuite or demonstrated ability to quickly master new tools
- Basic video editing capabilities for creating engaging social media content from podcast material
- Experience with standard business communication tools (Slack, Gmail)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality output
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and ability to plan content strategically
