We are looking for a Partner Service Solutions Manager to be the driving force behind delivering groundbreaking projects and capabilities for our SMB Wholesale partners. Acting as the bridge between our business, our partners, and key stakeholders, you’ll take full ownership of delivery, ensuring projects are funded, timelines are met, and outcomes are achieved. You’ll champion efficiency, navigate challenges, and keep momentum high, holding everyone (including our partners) to account. With your oversight, we’ll not only meet contractual commitments but also build trusted, productive partnerships that help our SMB Wholesale partners thrive!

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

A consistent record of driving delivery of sophisticated projects.
A proven track record of leading complex relationships and stakeholders, including specific examples of holding stakeholders to account.
Demonstrated ability to build incremental value for your employer through effective project management, supported by tangible examples.
Validated experience in leading project funding, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight.
Comfortable working within a contractual framework, with experience interpreting and acting in accordance with contractual terms and obligations.
A technical background and familiarity with radio networks.
