The Opportunity

We're seeking an innovative and skilled Web or App Developer with a strong focus on Google Workspace automation, leveraging the power of Google Gemini and AI Studio. You'll play a crucial role in optimizing our internal processes, enhancing client interactions, and building solutions that directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our mental health services. This is a unique chance to apply cutting-edge AI and development skills within a healthcare setting, making a tangible difference in people's lives.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop custom web or app solutions to streamline internal workflows and improve client experiences.
  
• Automate tasks within Google Workspace (e.g., Google Sheets, Docs, Calendar, Gmail) using Gemini and AI Studio.
  
• Integrate various platforms, potentially including Simple Practice, RingCentral, and Salesforce, to create seamless data flow and enhanced functionality.
  
• Collaborate closely with our team to understand their needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  
• Ensure all developed solutions comply with California-specific healthcare regulations and maintain the highest standards of data security and privacy.
  
• Contribute to our ongoing efforts to leverage AI for enhanced operational efficiency and service delivery.
  

What You're Good At

• Proven experience in web or app development.
  
• Expertise in Google Workspace automation, including practical experience with Google Gemini and AI Studio.
  
• Strong understanding of API integrations and data flow between disparate systems.
  
• Ability to design user-friendly interfaces and robust backend solutions.
  
• Familiarity with healthcare data security (HIPAA compliance) and California healthcare regulations is a significant plus.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges.
  
• Strong communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for non-technical team members.
