Job Overview

We’re seeking an experienced bookkeeper to join our team and play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records using QuickBooks. This position offers the perfect blend of flexibility and responsibility, starting with manageable hours that will grow as our business expands. You’ll be working with established processes and modern accounting software, handling essential bookkeeping functions that keep our operations running smoothly. Responsibilities

  • Perform basic reconciliations for various accounts
  • Record journal entries as needed
  • Record revenue transactions accurately
  • Reconcile credit card accounts
  • Reconcile 
bill.com accounts
  • Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks
  • Set up and optimize accounts payable processes using
  •  bill.com platform
  • Process vendor payments accurately and efficiently through digital systems
  • Maintain comprehensive vendor records and payment schedules
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and confidentiality protocols
  • Collaborate directly with leadership team on vendor management strategies
  • Contribute to the development of streamlined financial processes
  • Requirements:

    • Experience as an accountant or bookkeeper
    • Proficiency in QuickBooks software
    • Strong attention to detail for reconciliation work
    • Ability to handle confidential financial information
    • Willingness to sign confidentiality agreements
