Roles & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP PaPM Manager to lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM) solutions. The candidate should be able to manage both strategic and operations aspect of PaPM while collaborating with business and technical teams to drive enterprise-wide performance, profitability analysis and financial modeling initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end to end implementation of SAP PaPM projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to gather requirements, develop data models, and design performance management solutions.
  • Translate complex business scenarios/ allocations into robust PaPM models, simulations and profitability analysis.
  • Oversee configuration, development and testing of PaPM components and ensure integration with SAP S/4HANA and other systems.
  • Provide ongoing support, performance tuning and continuous improvements to existing PaPM solutions.
  • Develop and lead training sessions, workshops and documentation for end users and stakeholders.
  • Manage project timelines, resources and budgets to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

Nice to Have in candidate:

  • Experience in Project Implementations
  • Expertise in Solution Architecture and understanding the different systems and integration.
  • Graduate / Post-Graduate 
  • Certified Project Manager-PMP/SAP Activate etc.
  • Latest PaPM- Certification is preferred.
