Roles & responsibilities
1.CPA Program Management: Ensure end-to-end management of the CPA program, from registration and engagement to the licensing process. 2. Engagement of CPA Pursuant: Manage Study groups, arrange expert sessions, guest lectures to keep CPA pursuant engaged and motivated. 3.Metrics & Evaluation: Establish evaluation metrics and methods to assess the effectiveness of learning programs in partnership with the US L&D team. Gather feedback from participants and implement data-driven improvements. 4.Onboarding of New Hires: Ensure the smooth onboarding of campus and lateral hires. Oversee the planning, scheduling, and coordination of end-to-end onboarding training activities, including identifying the target audience, managing trainer availability, communicating the training schedule to participants, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and managing training logistics. 5.Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors to schedule training sessions such as "Campus to Corporate" and "Eye for Detail" for new hires. 6.Facilitator Management: Identify facilitators, arrange Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions, and maintain an updated list. Recognize facilitators based on the Facilitator Recognition Program. 7.Collaboration with Deployment Team: Collaborate with the Technical Deployment team on metrics, evaluation, and facilitator management. 8.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders, such as department heads, business leaders, and HR teams, to cater to the training needs of GDC Audit teams. 9.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of L&D activities. Oversee the maintenance and tracking of all mandatory courses and experienced hire curriculum courses. Prepare regular reports on CPA program progress and outcomes for management review.Training Dashboard Reporting: Ensure accurate reporting of training data in the L&D dashboard.
