Job Description This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced staffing professional to join a high-growth company where your expertise will directly impact business expansion. You’ll work with a streamlined, results-driven process where the heavy lifting of lead generation and research is already completed for you. Instead of cold calling or prospecting, you’ll receive pre-qualified, warm leads that are ready for conversion. Your role will focus on what you do best - building relationships, understanding client needs, and converting opportunities into successful placements. This position offers the perfect blend of sales achievement and staffing industry knowledge, allowing you to leverage your recruitment background while developing advanced business development skills. You’ll work closely with both US-based senior sales teams and offshore delivery teams, giving you exposure to sophisticated, multi-national operations while focusing on the US market.
Responsibilities
- Convert pre-qualified leads provided by the internal research team into active prospects and job openings
- Engage with potential clients primarily through email and phone to understand their specific staffing needs and requirements
- Maintain accurate and detailed records in the company’s ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to ensure seamless handoffs
- Collaborate effectively with the offshore delivery team by providing comprehensive job opening details and client specifications
- Focus specifically on direct hire staffing opportunities rather than contract or temporary placements
- Partner with US-based senior sales team members on larger, strategic client accounts
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to master company-specific processes, systems, and best practices
- Meet and exceed conversion targets while maintaining high-quality client relationships
- Commissions based on performance
Requirements
- 2-5 years of proven experience in the staffing industry with a strong focus on direct hire placements
- Deep understanding of the complete recruitment cycle and staffing industry fundamentals
- Demonstrated sales skills with a track record of successfully converting leads into business opportunities
- Experience working with US clients and solid understanding of American business culture and practices
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with professional presentation abilities
- Hands-on experience with ATS systems and CRM platforms
- Ability to work independently while being an effective team player in a remote, collaborative environment
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment where performance is recognized and rewarded
